Full Refunds (100%)

  • Free cancellation and rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session
  • Weather-related cancellations: If we cancel due to poor weather conditions (rain, snow, extreme weather)
  • Photographer illness or emergency: If we cannot attend due to health issues or emergencies
  • Equipment failure: If our equipment malfunctions and we cannot complete the session
  • Location unavailability: If the booked location becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Government restrictions: If sessions are cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions or other government mandates
  • Natural disasters: If sessions are cancelled due to natural disasters or extreme events
  • Service not provided: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service without valid reason

Partial Refunds

  • Late cancellations (client): 50% refund if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice
  • Session interruption: Pro-rated refund if session is cut short
  • Reduced services: Partial refund if fewer photos are delivered than promised (after quality review)
  • Technical issues: Partial refund if some photos are lost due to technical problems

No Refunds

  • Client no-shows: No refund for sessions where the client doesn't show up
  • Client dissatisfaction with style: No refund if client doesn't like the photography style (after seeing samples)
  • Personal preference: No refund for subjective preferences (colors, angles, poses)
  • Change of mind: No refund if client changes their mind after booking
  • Late arrivals: No refund for time lost due to client late arrival
  • Completed services: No refund after photos have been delivered and accepted

Rescheduling and Credits

  • Free rescheduling: Available up to 24 hours before the session
  • Late rescheduling: $58 fee for rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice
  • Credit options: Instead of refunds, we may offer credits for future sessions
  • Weather rescheduling: Free rescheduling for weather-related issues

Refund Process

  • Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
