At Memory Ministry, a brand of Alokek Inc., we understand that plans can change. This comprehensive cancellation policy outlines all scenarios and terms for cancelling or rescheduling your photography session.

Free Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session
  • Weather-related cancellations: Free cancellation if we cancel due to poor weather conditions
  • Photographer unavailability: Free cancellation if we cannot attend due to illness or emergency
  • Location issues: Free cancellation if the booked location becomes unavailable
  • Government restrictions: Free cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions or other mandates
  • Natural disasters: Free cancellation due to extreme weather events or disasters

Late Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice
  • Late rescheduling: $58 rescheduling fee for changes made with less than 24 hours' notice
  • No-show policy: 100% fee for sessions where the client doesn't show up
  • Late arrival: No refund for time lost due to client late arrival

These fees compensate our partners for the time reserved for your session, as we are unable to book another client on such short notice.

Rescheduling Options

  • Free rescheduling: Available up to 24 hours before the session
  • Weather rescheduling: Free rescheduling for weather-related issues
  • Emergency rescheduling: Free rescheduling for medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Credit options: Instead of refunds, we may offer credits for future sessions
  • Multiple reschedules: Additional fees may apply for multiple rescheduling requests

Special Circumstances

  • Medical emergencies: Free cancellation with valid medical documentation (may be required)
  • Bereavement: Free cancellation for family emergencies with documentation (may be required)
  • Travel disruptions: Partial refund consideration for travel-related cancellations
  • Force majeure: Free cancellation for events beyond anyone's control
  • Equipment failure: Free cancellation if our equipment malfunctions
